FAQ

To transfer tickets for events at any of our clubs please forward your email confirmation to the new ticket holder and have them provide your name at the door along with a valid ID.

We do not require proof of vax or recent test unless specified for a specific event.

If applicable, COVID Policies for the event you are interested in are specified in that event’s information on the club’s website. 

Shows listed as 16+ are all ages shows, under 16 years of age need to be accompanied by a ticketed parent or guardian. This also applies if you are a parent and would like to bring your child with you to the show. Children can attend shows with their parents or guardians. Globe Hall restaurant side is all ages and family’s are welcome to join us for dinner anytime.

Information will be emailed to the address provided at ticket purchase. Refunds are automatically processed for cancelled shows. For post-poned shows, we will work on a new date and provide a refund window to all ticket buyers via email. Be advised, refunds can take up to 2 weeks to hit your bank account.

We offer an in-person box office for low-fee or no-fee tickets for all 3 clubs located at the Globe hall, open Fridays Only from 430p- 630p along with happy hour specials during this time. Cash or credit accepted.

Our cash register system runs a pre-authorization when a credit card tab is started. You may see a pending charge on your account that will drop off according to your banks holding time policies. You will only be charged for your actual tab. 

If you have left your credit card at the club with an open tab, we will hold your card for you, and add a 20% auto gratuity per our left tabs policy.
